Andrew’s aim as an architectural photographer is to create striking original imagery.
He achieves this through his keen eye for composition, often shooting during the early morning or late evening, when the natural light is at its most interesting.
He says, “I am often looking for striking angles and shadows that will give me a graphic interpretation of a building. The changes in light throughout the day are something I work hard to capture, as this can completely change the architectural appearance.”
Andrew mainly works in digital, as this enables him to gather a broad spectrum of imagery for his clients. It also allows him to compose images from multiple frames, manipulating photographs to develop their full potential.
Andrew has had his work published several times by Grand Designs Magazine and has featured in Dezeen, the online architecture and design magazine.
